Why come pitchers when they hit a batter they don’t apologize for hitting the batter?
You know a little hand signal or something saying, “My fault, didn’t mean to do that.”? Sometimes I know that they really didn’t mean to hit the batter but they don’t show no sign of apology. Also why at the end of a Major League baseball game they don’t shake the other teams hands as a “Good Game” showing professionalism and good sportsmanship instead they congratulate themselves and walk off the field at the end of the game. Basketball and Football players show this why come baseball doesn’t?
They are trying to win a game. Not be friends with the other players. After a game is over, you will sometimes hear the pitcher apologized, but although you dont hear about it, Im sure pitchers do apologize depending on team history, batter faced, etc.
